Vecodesk runs in the Frankfurt region and is monitored around the clock. Your data stays in the EU.
Encrypted in transit
Browser, app and platform communicate over encrypted connections. Outgoing email enforces encrypted delivery as well.
Continuous backups
Your data is backed up continuously and can be restored to an earlier point in time. An accidentally deleted record is not an emergency.
Passkeys & MFA
Passkey sign-in, optional multi-factor authentication and new-device detection.
Complete history
Every ticket change sits in the history with field, timestamp and person. Nothing there can be changed after the fact, and issued service reports stay immutable versions.
AI processing in Frankfurt (EU)
The AI runs in the Frankfurt region too. Your data does not leave the EU for it.
