Vecodesk runs in the EU (Frankfurt region), scales with your operation and is monitored around the clock.

Browser, app and platform communicate encrypted. Outgoing email enforces encrypted delivery as well.

Every operation is its own tenant. The separation is technically enforced: in the database, the search index, file storage and real-time connections.

Every database table can be restored to any point in time and is locked against accidental deletion in production.

Passkey sign-in, optional multi-factor authentication and new-device detection.

Every ticket change sits in an append-only history with field, timestamp and person. Issued service reports stay immutable versions.

AI processing is pinned to the Frankfurt region. Your data does not leave the EU for it.
