Questions about the 4Vending connection
Does 4Vending stay our system of record?
Yes. Vecodesk takes master data over but does not write it back. What is created in Vecodesk are tickets, visits, service reports and maintenance records.
How often does the sync run?
As soon as a new export arrives, plus on demand from the settings. What matters is when 4Vending delivers.
And if we don't use 4Vending at all?
Then the data comes through the Televend connection or the data import: from cloud storage, over FTP or as an uploaded spreadsheet — with the same run history and the same provenance.
