Vecodesk and Televend

Telemetry sees the fault first. Vecodesk shows it on the machine's page, next to service history, placement and open tickets. Customers, sites and machines arrive daily from Televend Cloud.

  • Alarms on the machine's page
  • Daily master-data sync
  • Next to service history and tickets

What you get

What the connection changes day to day

The alarm appears where you work

Alarms appear on the machine's page, next to service history and open tickets.

Machine data arrives daily by itself

Vecodesk fetches customers, sites and machines from Televend Cloud once a day.

The fault is there before the call

The machine reports the fault itself — in Vecodesk it is there before anyone at the site picks up the phone, and it becomes a ticket in two clicks.

How the connection runs

Connect, sync, see

You set the connection up once. After that two runs go side by side: master data daily, events hourly.

  1. 1

    Connect once, then it runs

Vecodesk signs in with your credentials and fetches customers, sites and machines daily. Existing entries are extended, not overwritten.

  2. 2

    Alarms at the machine

When a machine reports a fault, the alarm appears as a card on its page — not in a second browser window.

  3. 3

An alarm becomes a job — through a person

Vecodesk does not create a ticket from an alarm by itself. Your team decides and creates it from the machine's page, with customer, site and machine already filled in.

In detail

What the connection brings

From alarm to visit

One picture per machine

Condition, placement, visits, maintenance status and alarms on one page.

FAQ

Questions about the Televend connection

Does an alarm create a ticket automatically?

No. Alarms are made visible; a person creates the ticket — from the machine's page, with customer, site and machine already filled in.

How often are alarms fetched?

Hourly. Vecodesk only records its position after the events are stored: if a run breaks off, the next one continues from the same place.

What if our master data comes from 4Vending?

Then the two complement each other: customers, addresses and machines taken from 4Vending stay untouched, and Televend attaches its machine data and alarms to them.

Do we need our own Televend credentials?

Yes. Vecodesk signs in to Televend Cloud with your credentials; you can withdraw the connection at any time.
